Dongguan Zhenda Electronics Co., Ltd. Located in Dongcheng, Dongguan, Guangdong, Dongguan Zhenda Electronics Co., Ltd. is a modern manufacturing enterprise integrating R&D, production, and sales. We specialize in customized wire harness solutions and large-scale manufacturing.
With a team of approximately 100 employees and a 3,000-square-meter production and office facility, we have long been dedicated to three core businesses: new energy wire harnesses, special vehicle wire harnesses, and industrial wire harnesses. Our new energy wire harnesses are widely applied in charging piles, battery swapping cabinets, and energy storage systems. For special vehicle wire harnesses, we focus on supporting large-scale autonomous mowers and unmanned transport vehicles. In the industrial sector, our wire harnesses are primarily used in industrial robots, embodied robots, and automated industrial equipment.
Benchmarking against advanced industry technologies and modern management models, we are steadily advancing the digitalization of our management system. We operate an in-house laboratory equipped with professional testing equipment and an R&D team, covering full-process quality control including material validation, performance testing, and reliability trials to provide solid technical support for product quality. Currently, we are certified with both the ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System and the IATF16949 Automotive Quality Management System. We are also recognized as a National High-tech Enterprise and hold import and export qualifications.
